Denver, and for that matter, Colorado as a whole is under a strict stay-at-home order. Only critical business remain open. Real estate related work continues, as these services had been deemed essential, but ALL must comply with social distancing and safety requirements. Listed below are some examples of measures that are being taken to keep our buyers and sellers safe:

NO open houses

NO showings

Including floor plans in the MLS

Making use of 3-D tours and video so that buyers view homes from the safety of their own residence

Seller showings through FaceTime or Zoom

Limiting the number of individuals allowed in closing, closing virtually, doing a mail-out, or curbside closings

Utilizing remote notarizations

Suspension of several i-buyer platforms

Use of COVID-19 Addendum which extends closing for buyers or sellers that must be quarantined
